How is shipping Calculated? 

  • Shipping is calculated based on current USPS rates for the weight of you order.

When will my order ship? 

  • We strive to pack and ship all retail orders within 5 business days.

  • "On Demand" fabrics are printed on demand and can take up to 10 weeks to ship. typical timeframe is 4-6 weeks though.  

  • "Pre Order" fabrics are printed at the end of the pre order time frame as identified in the pre order collection.  Orders can take up to 12 weeks from the time of order, but typical timeframe is 6-10 weeks.

Will I be responsible for extra shipping costs?

  • Depending on your country, you may owe duties, taxes or import fees in addition to our shipping rates, which only cover the transit cost of the products. Sorry – your government makes the rules there.

Where can I find a tracking link?

  • First check your email spam folder, sometimes our emails get sent their accidentally, if it is not there contact customer support:

      • Chat with us anytime via the Facebook messenger option at the bottom of the page. We'll get back to you as soon as possible within the same business day if messaging before 5pm EST.
      • Email anytime and we will get back to you within 1 business day.

Why does my tracking link say "unavailable" when I click on it?

  • Tracking links take 1-2 business days to update in the shipping provider’s system, so give it some time to process. If you’ve been waiting more than 2 business days, contact customer support.

Do you ship to military bases?

  • Yes! Please note that shipping to military bases may take up to 4-6 weeks 

Why did I never get my order?

  • If you placed an ordering shipping to the US more than 10 days from the time of shipment please let us know. there is only a 15 day window to make a claim if the package is lost.  if we are not notified of the missing shipment we have no way to make a claim and can't do anything to assist you. 
  • If you placed an ordering shipping Internationally more than 30 days from the time of shipment please let us know. there is only a 30-60 day window to make a claim if the package is lost.  if we are not notified of the missing shipment we have no way to make a claim and can't do anything to assist you.
